A successful candidate will manage day-to-day assembly and production of electronic test equipment, and the assembly team. By providing direct supervision, inspection, and training, this employee will ensure products are built consistently and according to internal quality standards. Candidate will also assist in the creation, maintenance, and adherence to production procedures, documentation, and build schedules. Must be experienced in electronic assembly and be able to assist in production as needed. Prior supervisory experience is required. A 2 year technical degree and Hand Soldering Operator Certification are preferred.
